Cancellation Policy
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Deposit does go towards your service. If you are unable to keep you appointment, please reschedule 25 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 24 hour or less cancellations & reschedules are a 50% charge. No shows & appointments canceled or rescheduled within an hour of the appointment are also a 50% charge. If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late I may be unable to accommodate you and it is a full charge. Appointments booked same day/within the 24 hours are still subject to cancelation policy.
